TCH administrates the rights of accredited agencies (points of sale (POS), internet pints of sale (IPOS), and transaction self-service kiosks (TSSK)) to sell/make refund on the Standard Traffic Documents of the Air Transport Settlement System (hereinafter - ATSS STDs) in order to provide protection for the interest of member airlines participating in the ATSS. The sales rights are administered via CRS Sirena-Travel and regulated by the Settlement System Standard 105-2006 "CRS. Administration of Accredited Agency's (Points of Sale) Rights to Sell Transportation on ATSS STD Forms".
When sale/refund on ATSS STDs has been denied for an Agency (POS), CRS Sirena-Travel blocks the issuance (sale, exchange)/refund of tickets on ATSS STDs for this Agency (POS, IPOS, TSSK).
To sell carriages/services on ATSS STDs in neutral session of GDS Sirena-Travel, the Agency needs to provide training for its operators, and register Operators and terminals of CRS Sirena-Travel in TCH.

Training course and interactive testing of operators may be carried out by accredited learning or training centers.
Online practical training and testing under the above course can be carried out upon the Agency's application filed to TCH via My Account under the Offer Agreement on Online Practical Training and Testing.
