Sales via ADS Sirena-Travel

TCH administrates the rights of accredited agencies (POS, IPOS and TSSK) as regards sales/refund on CCS-TCH STDs in order to protect the interests of ATSS member carriers. The administration of these rights is enabled via ADS Sirena-Travel in accordance with ATSS Standard 105-2006 «CRS. Regulation of Accredited Agency (Sales Location) Right to Sell Transportation on CCS-TCH STDs».

When sale/refund on CCS-TCH STDs has been denied for an agency (POS), ADS Sirena-Travel disables the functionality for issuance (sale, exchange)/refund of tickets on CCS-TCH STDs for this agency (POS, IPOS or TSSK).

To enable transportation sales issued on CCS-TCH STDs/e-tickets in neutral session of ADS Sirena-Travel, an agency must arrange for ticketing agents training, as well as register ticketing agents and relevant ADS Sirena-Travel terminals in TCH.

Ticketing Agent Training

TCH has developed a course «Accredited Agency Ticketing Agent Operation for Passenger Air Transportation Booking and Ticketing on CCS-TCH STDs» to educate ticketing agents at accredited educational/training centres. See more in «Staff Training» section.

System Registration of Ticketing Agents and Terminals in TCH

For registration of ticketing agents/terminals an agency must file relevant applications to TCH via TCH Connect.
