Transportation sales are a high-tech routine requiring relevant professional expertise of agency staff as well as insight into reservation systems, transportation issuance, reporting, financial settlement, etc. Efficient agency operation will be leveraged only provided that all these conditions are satisfied.
ATSS has developed similar criteria for accredited agency staff set forth in ATSS Agency Accreditation Rules and designed to ensure successful operation of agencies and their subagents in the framework of unified Settlement System.
Accredited Agency Staff Prerequisites:
- Agency staff must know requirements prescribed by regulatory and technological documents governing transportation/services sale within ATSS.
- Agency is required to have at least one ticketing agent for transportation/services sale trained under TCH approved programs (if any).
Training of ATSS ticketing agents and experts is provided at the accredited training centres.
