The Airline may enter into direct agreements with travel agencies. In this case, as agreed, the Agency remitted the monies from sale of transportation under direct agreements directly to the Airline.
If a direct agreement is concluded, the Agency issues transportation on the ATSS stock in compliance with the standard procedures for the issuance of transportation on ATSS STDs.
Based on sales results in a reporting ten-day period, TCH ensures the creation of reports to airlines under Model Agreement.
Under a direct agreement, the Airline independently controls the Agency's settlements of revenue in full and on time.
If the Airline has any claims against the Agency, with whom it has direct contractual relationships, the Airline may handle them via "My Account".
The Airline who has any direct agreements with agencies must inform TCH thereof.
