Schedule and Tariffs Centre of TCH maintains the system for registration and publication of airport/aeronautical fees, charges for aircraft ground handling at RF airports and prices for fuel consumed by carriers. The system provides normative-guidance, information, soft and technical support.
Registration is performed under the Order of RF Ministry of Transportation #241 dated 17.07.2012 (with amendments and schedules in accordance with the Orders #392 dated 01.11.2012 and # 254 dated 22.07.2013) pursuant to the Letter of Ministry of Transportation 3807-2013 On Procedure for Registration and Publication of Aeronautical and Airport Fees, Charges for Handling of RF Operators’ Aircraft at RF Airports and Airspace and Prices for Materials and Machinery Provided to RF Operators at RF Airports”.
This system provides an opportunity to develop the register and universal database as per companies engaged in aircraft handling at airports in pursuance with relevant certification requirements. This system also provides for collection, processing, uploading in the unified database and communication to customers the information related both to adjustable fees and charges for aircraft ground handling established by servicing companies on an independent basis.

Information support of the system users provides for communication of all information updates to carriers, notification of servicing companies as to effectiveness of their charges and fees and submission of information to customers concerned.
