Mr. Mikhailov has been with TCH, JSC since August 2020.
Currently he is holding the position of President, JSC TCH.
In 1990 he graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University (the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics).
Mr. Mikhailov has been with civil aviation since 2011.
Since 2012 he has been Director General, LLC International Processing Systems.
